Math Tutoring With S. Sofi Roman

Math Tutoring - In person and online 

Private 1-on-1 math tutoring in person at Santa Paula, Piru, Saticoy, Filmore, Ventura, Oxnard, Ojai (we typically meet at local Libraries), and online via Zoom.  

I tutor math at the elementary level, middle school level, algebra, and pre-algebra to both children and adults (GED).

 I believe in the power of personalized education. With one-on-one tailored learning and constant assessment, I ensure each student’s unique needs are met. My holistic training allows me to observe and understand students in a way that fosters their growth and well-being. As a Spanish speaker, I am dedicated to serving and caring for my community, making education accessible and inclusive for all. 

Who Do I Tutor?

  • Students who are in Kindergarten to 8th grade and are struggling with math
  • Students, adults or children who are in pre-algebra, and algebra 1
  • Students with ADHD, other learning disabilities, or who are on the spectrum 
  • High School Seniors who are applying to universities and who need help brainstorming and drafting their college essays. 
  • Anyone who needs help with the math portion of the GED
